Amazing food, friendly staff and very romantic environment...

You can have a boat ride from AL Saadyyat Island. This boat is reserved for the island and you can get their easily using the Google map location. Boat trip usually take around 15 minutes. Trips are scheduled so please check the boat schedule before coming...

I would recommend to take day pass and come to the island during the day to have a tour, enjoy the beach and have some activities.....

Went to Frangipani for brunch with family last week, such a lovely experience as always. Our waiter, Mohib is delightful, even though he was fasting, he did everything possible to make our brunch enjoyable, always with a smile on his face. He made our day!

Good Food ~ Good Place

While the Zaya Nurai island has multiple F&B outlets this one is from from their flagship outlet, Frangipani. Serving International dishes, this is a very pretty, scenic, and spacious place with indoor and outdoor seating. Needless to mention the outdoor seating is amazing, almost giving you beach vacay vibes with the greenery around and blue waters view.

We had 3 dishes here : Truffle Risotto, Penne Pomodoro & Goan Curry, each one delicious and swiped out in minutes.

They also have a popular Friday brunch which you cannot go for unless you have the day pass to the island or are staying there. Pricing is high. service and staff is good.

Not bad design and decorations.. I went on Friday and almost no people there.. too quiet and crowded only one table was busy .. the menu had variety of dishes and meals .. i took sushi which was so yummy and delicious .. also the green pasta was perfect and i like the flavor.. i hope to come back to try other dishes.. good luck

This is an elegant place for fine dining located in Nurai island , Menu is quite diverse but very well selected, the taste is elevated , I am not exaggerating, this is one of my favourite places for sure . I enjoy this place during the day more because of the lovely view of the sea .
The staff is so friendly and helpful , Nurai is heaven on earth .

Following my previous review under "Zaya Nurai Island" on google - this review is purely for the food aspect when I dined at Frangipani both times I visited the island.

???? THE FRIDAY BRUNCH:
This brunch is a “smaller brunch” compared to others in the Abu Dhabi market but this is not in any way a bad thing as I didn’t waste food like I usually would do at bigger brunches because I ate everything on my plate.
Also, the range was smaller but the quality seemed much better than larger brunches.
For example, in a typical large brunch, I think 10-20% of the food would be great and 80-90% would be mediocre.

FRIDAY BRUNCH FOOD HIGHLIGHTS:
???? the BBQ meats made me do a Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally because they were sensational!
Not a dry piece there - lamb, beef, Sth African sausages, prawns, chicken - all excellent. They have a tandoori oven and the tandoori chicken was marvelous.
???? The salads (which I usually skip at brunches because they’re usually boring & lame) were creatively and beautifully presented (they looked like cakes, so I was drawn in like a moth to a flame) with wonderfully balanced flavours. My fave was the watermelon feta with raspberries and mint!
???? The sushi, sashimi, fresh seafood displays might as well been taken to our table because the seafood bandit in me came out (if you ever wondered where the sashimi was at your brunch...).
The ‘sushi pizzas’ were delicious fun. I had the crab one ???? Hats off to the chef!
???? The cheese cabinet had an extensive range to choose from. I liked how they were pre-sliced for un-co people like me. I enjoyed the entire selection on offer.

Thinking of whether to brunch or not?
???? Just go. Especially before the season is over!
For a wow factor brunch (private island + access to 2 beaches & 2 pools ????) with excellent quality food - this is one to try, take visitors, or the one to go to if you want decent pool & beach access.
From 550AED this is a bit more than the other brunches out there but you get what you pay for (private island + access to 2 beaches & 2 pools).

WEEKDAY LUNCH via Day Pass:
???? For lunch we ordered a load of different dishes & drinks and they were all delicious.
We had sushi, sashimi, truffle risotto, beef short ribs, sea bass, duck, and several desserts.
????The mocktails and cocktails were excellent.
The food was just as fabulous as it was at brunch proving they can be consistent with quality.

If you can't make it to the Friday Brunch, I would highly recommend using the Day Pass credit to have a lovely lunch at Frangipani.
The decor is gorgeous and the views are stunning.

Usually when you go to a restaurant, they give you the menu the offer and the food menu and the drink menu , but they didn’t, and they gave us only the menu of the food without telling us about the offer that they have on Mondays and then when I told them about the offer that hidden in another tables far away from us, they said you already ordered, and when I asked them why they didn’t tell us about the offer they said with no respect we can’t help you and the order is ready. What in the world how do you tell a customer that and how u don’t apologize at lest so I can understand what’s going on. I didn’t enjoy it. Sad to see things like that in a place I thought it’s nice to try the food there unfortunately wasn’t good service
