As a similar reviewer stated, they really are the most unhelpful people. One particular guy, Geoff Cox, who appeared to be a senior manager, acted more like he was rejected from the police force some years ago and was compensating for this by being a complete jobsworth. Completely un-interested in who I was…. Little did he know that I was the person actually managing the event he was working for.

Such a good company to work for, especially as a student. The main season of work fits in great with studies and helps me save whilst I have free time from uni. At the same time it’s just generally a really cool job in the fact that its event and festival work, such a great opportunity to work with people and the public and have fun at the same time. The staff are great to work with and such a good place to make friends. It’s like a family working there! Great hours and good pay too!

Some of the younger field organisers lack people skills and experience. The larger organised events are better run.

Spent almost 10 summers working with this company as a student, then in and around my full-time job and loved every single moment. I must have gone to more than 50 music festivals, all over the country, and got paid to work for everyone! A truly fantastic company to work for, that pay very well and have such awesome staff to work alongside. Some of whom I’m still very close with, more than 15 years on!
Such great memories.

Amazing company to work for. I’ve worked summer seasons for them for 5 years now. Super grateful for all the opportunities I’ve been given, the range of events and roles I’ve worked in is wonderful. There’s lots of opportunities for progression if you show willing. Would recommend anyone to come and work, have fun and make lots of long lasting friendships and memories!!

I worked for CTM for seven years and had such an amazing experience. Not only did it enable me to earn money as a student while studying for my degree, it gave me invaluable experience that allowed me to have the career in events I have today. Such a great group of people and a really enjoyable job.

Great place to work! From being given the opportunity to travel the country from event to event, enjoy music festivals such as Glastonbury Festival, working with brilliant people and getting paid a healthy hourly wage, what's not to like about working for CTM. Would highly recommend for any students looking for part-time summer work.

The rudest and most unhelpful people i have come across explained my wife was disabled and was told " I dont care " then another young lad working for them tried to intimidate me made our driver go 1/2 a mile or so out of his way too Ragley Halll seriously need to rethink who they contract in future will definitely never return to that venue and will be contacting the company in person come Monday morning
