Appalling customer service. Visited here with my profoundly deaf daughter who relies on lip reading. Shop assistant declared mask MUST be worn. When I explained why I am exempt she declared "well, what about protecting me?" Speechless is the word! What about my daughter's rights to feel included and treated equally? Two laws broken here- firstly I should NOT have to justify myself for being exempt, its illegal to ask why and secondly- disability discrimination. I DO NOT whinge on about my protections when I am in a classroom full of students EVERY DAY as my job demands. Shocking. Will NEVER shop here again.
