I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Hotel for a period of 20 days, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and the warm hospitality of the staff. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding contributions of Vaishali who went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire Gravity team.

We stayed here for the business trip overall the experience about this hotel is very good the rooms are spacious neat and clean, Gym facilities are available and The location of this hotel is the best cause nearby all facilities are available including shops , shopping centre like safeer mall & for transport facilities local bus stops and taxis are within walking distance.
Only we faced the issue about the wifi sometimes it's not working well and they provide only 2 water bottles per day so for extra water we need to pay for extra.
Apart staff is helpful and overall experience was good.

Gravity is like a second home for me in Abu Dhabi. It's clean, functional and best of all the staff are very helpful and obliging. It's small enough to be personable and yet has all the basic facilities ones needs for short business trips.

Parking can sometimes be an issue as it's a busyish place but again the staff are always on hand to help out of they can. Food menu is limited but there are lots of eating options around the area.

Cozy ,friendly, clean and welcoming hotel, all staff are friendly and cooperative(especially the receptionist Michele), room service, breakfast ..etc, which makes their service 4 stars, no worry about car parks, hotel has 4 car parks for first come first serve, but many free car parking facilities available around the hotel .

It came as a delightful surprise to many of our guests to discover the presence of a prestigious business hotel in Mussafah Shabia.

The spread of food provided at the event was truly remarkable, especially considering the reasonable price.

Best location for making your kids birthday a memorable one. Ideal location for people staying in Shabiya / MBZ. We had our daughters birthday event last week and everything was arranged beyond our expectations. Mr. Kiran was very helpful in co-ordinating entire event. Guests were very happy with overall experience and they enjoyed delicious food. Thank you to entire team of Gravity for making it a memorable event.

We had a company get together buffet dinner party in the hotel and it was an amazing experience to spend time there. The staff were so cooperative and helpful.
