Too bad there are no negative stars to give.
My friend came to fix the new ps5 plates stickers they're offering, and the employee told us it would take only 30 min max to complete the job, it took him 2 hours to get it done?????
When we tried to speak with the manager (wasim barey) during that time, he also continued lying and told us to wait 5 min ?!!!!! All staff are so rude to us and lying.
The worst part, though, is when I ask him how he intends to make up for their mistake, his answer was, and I quote ( I should listen to you and make you feel happy)!!! thats it no discounts, not even a call to any higher authority to try harder for a sincere apology.
I'm an old customer, but not any more.

On June 25th, I went to purchase a PS5. The salesperson who assisted me had a very helpful attitude. However, when I tried it at home, I discovered that it was defective. I returned it and exchanged it for a new one, but unfortunately, the replacement had the same issue. I then requested a refund, but initially, they refused, claiming that since the box was opened, it was no longer their responsibility. The manager's attitude was extremely poor, as he insisted that I should send it back first before receiving a refund. This situation is unacceptable. From the very beginning, the PS5 was defective, and they should have found a solution without hesitation. Only after I raised my voice did they finally agree to refund me. I find the manager's attitude completely unacceptable, and as a result, I have decided never to purchase anything from them again.

The future of gaming is finally here. With 4k gaming, HD, and bigger, better games, it's a great time to be a gamer.

The only downside to next gen gaming is file sizes, with games like Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War exceeding 100GB+ install size, your stock hard drive in your Xbox Series S/X is going to run out of space rather quickly, especially with the Series S having only 364GB of space to start with.

The only way to increase the storage space and play next gen titles is through the Seagate 1TB Storage Expansion Card for the Series S/X, which gives you an extra 920GB of free space to use immediately. It's tiny, sleek, and super-fast, a must have for next gen gaming console.

The only downside is the hefty $219 price tag, but you should have plenty of storage space for a long while once you plug this tiny memory card in, I'm glad I got it for my beloved Xbox Series X.

Please who see my review PLEASE GO AWAY from this Shop , I made pre order PSVR 2 in 19/11/2022 it’s for 2299 Dhs online GEEKAY (UAE) , then next day I requested By emailing them to cancel my order in 20/11/2022 and I need refund ( you can’t cancel your order by calling them or other way only email them) then in 21/11/2022 they send me this

In 5/2/2022 After UAE national day I call them many times every time they say (it’s been processed to your bank ) and they refuse to give me the transaction number about the refund they make , till today I didn’t get my refund money ???? , so PLEASE WHO SEE MY REVIEW GO OTHER SHOP ???????? LIKE ( VIRGIN) or other better from buying in this shop , it’s too much headache

I bought a Valorant 25$ card but when i went to redeem it, it told me that i cant redeem this because the code is for the USA. I cant change my region to USA because its region locked. Why sell me USA cards when im in the UAE?

I bought a play station and it was not working after 2 weeks the answer was I have to pay for repair as its not under warranty no body explain to me what included in warranty they were in harry to let me buy it now am waiting no one call tell i call and ask what happened I will take it and repair it out side but it will be last experience with them baaaad shop if you need any electonics buy it from any other shop.

Good place for gaming addicts but don't try to buy STEAM credit money from this place. I bought 400 AED and they charged me 469 AED! They said it is their policy. I see it as astronomical profit for zero effort or added value.
