A surplus of staff to spray you with perfume but one member of staff to serve you on the till. Got sick of waiting in the queue whilst staff stood around talking. Store around the corner has a much quicker service.

It’s one of my favorite Sephora! As a young teen I absolutely love skincare, haircare, etc. I go around Drunk Elephant, Sol De Janeiro, and glow recipe. The staff are very sweet and always ask us if we need any help and answer us in a polite way. But they sometime are dry and they do look at us weirdly..

Of all the sephora outlets I ve been to in UAE they have the friendliest staff. Especially Loubnah, she ll go out and beyond to help you find your best shades.

Really bad experience, the staff is not helpful. The cashier kept giving this weird attitude, he was rolling his eyes and sighing while my wife was paying. Will not recommend at all.

I totally can’t understand why there are stuff that won’t help customers and not giving them what they need , they’re just setting there staring at the mirror not helpful at all , just looking at the customers in a bad way and not helping anyone at all, also I understand that there are some costumers that don’t need someone to help them but I called someone to help me getting my shade and she was so upset and not helping me at all she searched and she was like there’s no shade it’s all sold out and she walked away while I was talking to her , i totally not recommend anyone to go to this Sephora branch it’s the worst!!!!!!

Very unfriendly staff. They always give the dirtiest looks, made me feel very unwelcomed.

If given the option for a -1 rating I would have chosen that. Sephora's customer service especially the YAS MALL branch is the worst.

They are generally very racist and discriminatory towards their customers except if you're an EMIRATI. I had a few queries regarding a product and their salesperson rolled her eyes and frustatingly responded. Morever she couldn't even answer basic queries which made me question if the staff personnel are even trained to deal with the customers? I don't know who that salesperson' is I forgot to catch her name but all I know that she's of the chinese descent. Seriously you don't know what's the best seller?? Dear Sephora, if you're reading this, don't make untrained professionals to work at you stores. They're ruining your reputation!

If I ever visit YAS MALL again, I will ignore this store and walk past it.

Your staff is really annoying . I said I dont need any help and yet 2 ladies were stuck to me making me feel uncomfortable so I had to leave and buy my perfumes online from another merchant.
