USW is a reputable university with a supportive environment, a wide range of programs, and excellent resources and facilities. As with any university, there may be some areas where improvements could be made, but overall, USW is a good choice for students looking to pursue higher education in the UK.

Cannot express enough how much I regret studying at this uni. I’m now in my final year and I’ve had no lecturers turning up, assignments aren’t explained properly, I do the forensic investigation course which is supposed to be practical and I am leaving feeling like I’ve had no opportunity to properly explore the facilities and use all of the equipment available, and the students union is awful, definitely too pricey and a very dull atmosphere.

The campus is rather large with many facilities such as cafes as well as a Starbucks. The university itself is great, with amazing lecturers who care about their students however they are generally overworked in comparison to other universities such as Cardiff University.

Been there for a year of my master degree in engineering back when it was still uni glamorgan. Some people call it modest but it actually has a lot of equipments, a decent library and very good facilities in general. I had an amaeing year there and people there are wonderful.

Amazing experience with optimum attention to the needs of the students with various services already in place to aid a smooth navigation throughout our stay on CAMPUS.

Seeing most of the comments from old students. I am studying now in USW, so this is current review as on today.

USW, especially Business school is in pathetic condition in terms of lecturers, curriculum, skill development, evaluation and other things. There is no permanent lecturers in these days. Part-time lecturers from various fields visits and frequently leaving the job. Old students (just passed out last year) also absorbed in staff team and they even evaluate the assignment paper.

Program runs for god's sake. Absolutely no value addition or skill development. Waste of money and time. Only international students enrolling just to get 2 years PSW. No wonder, there is no single british student in business program. It would be great if higher authorities inspect and overhaul the whole system or just cancel license and move the students to some other university.

Great university. To enter to the campus you have to be enrolled student or member of staff, however they offer open days accessible by public.
There is a restaurant and lots of the university buildings. It's a very uphill place - you can have a great exercise if you going up there.
