Went here for the Moroccan bath and Mushra was very polite and friendly. She even did blow dry my hair after the bath which I wasn’t expecting since I’ve tried it from a different salon. The salon also looks classy and instragammable ????.

What do I leave and what do I say. This comment is about my experience in general with this salon. First, customer service, it doesn’t exist. My first hair appointment, they told me to come and I waited for 30 mins. Next, Eid appointments. I booked one by paying a deposit and I couldn’t come so I gave them notice 3+ days before my appointment and they refused to refund my money. I asked for the appointment to be moved and she rudely refused to listen to me. I really wanted to leave zero stars but apparently that is not possible. Thank you :)

Such a shame , not a salon!!! Al Ain people be aware of this awful place ❌❌❌

I saw this salon and decided to make my nails (good I didn’t ask for other treatments) !

The fact that the manicure disappeared after a day, it is considered normal for them ????????,
but the cut fingers that I tried to heal for a month after that, remained in my memory for a long time ☝????
No one should ever go to this nightmarish salon! It's a pity to name it as a SALON,
shame on the owner who is building such a business!

I don’t know were to start????, I had my nails done with Mhai. She is very professional and the nail art is amazing, Thank you Mhai????????! Also, I like how they keep all the clients satisfied for all services. The atmosphere of the lounge is very relaxing. Highly recommended ✨

My #1 spot for nails & wavy hair style in Al Ain.
The salon is very beautiful & clean and the staff are the sweetest & not to mention the gel polish color collection and service is extraordinary. u003c3

Cool location but with limited parking, I liked their staff and service you feel like a queen when entering the door! Did not try many services yet!

The worst customer service ever, I try calling them a 100 times and no one answers then when I booked an appt 3 days earlier the send me text the night before at 1am!!! canceling my appt even though very important occasion that day
