Very nice hotel. Location is nice
Rooms are big and clean . Service is good and the lobby is nice.

The only thing I wished that the parking would be for free, unfortunately it is not free for the hotel guests.

I can write me impression and experience in two ways so I will try to be fair and I will ignore some minors.
The hotel is 4 star but it’s old and you pay what you get, they often offer good prices compared to 4 stars hotel.
If time back 50% I’d choose it again.
Location is good in center and market and there is big supermarket just in front of the hotel, for those who care about location then all the sea line around this hotel is also perfect.
Swimming pool is not in good place nor clear and old.
Breakfast was very important thing for me and unfortunately the food is same everyday and most of the options I can’t eat because I can’t eat food with nuts and beans so the options so little and not tasty but you can fill your stomach. If you can afford and go out early in morning then get your breakfast from outside you will never regret that.
So sum up, it’s good location hotel to sleep only but other facilities nope don’t expect that much.
P.S Survival Hack: many in comments complained about AC , yes it’s true sometimes it may not operate and control dashboard not responding ,but don’t panic lol. Remove your access card which located near the door as if you want to leave outside, so electricity will switch off then insert the card again and violla you will be able to control the AC now, repeat once or twice and it will work trust me.

This hotel is a disaster. They cancelled the original reservation and took direct money . Later found the room has no shower gel ,shampoo , only 1 towel. Called reception several times but got no help. Wasted several hundred dollars as i missed my business appointments. Lady Manager on duty was so horrible and rude , did nothing to fix the situation. Worst pathetic hotel managed by greedy elements. They advertise the lowest play all tricks. Cancel reservation so people cannot leave reviews on booking sites. Scamsters , have no service , worst people on reception .

Everything was perfect. Lobby is very nice and pleasant smell outstanding. Check in and checkout was very smooth all the team did the great job I highly recommended this hotel to all Abu Dhabi visitors rooms are outstanding specially studio view was amazing cleaning is at its highest level proper hygienic and well maintained

Special thanks to adil and nisar hk team to make my stay comfortable and my family was also very happy.

Surely I will come back soon

Unfortunately, we can’t give 0 otherwise that’s what they deserve! It was the worst stay ever, staff so rude, even the supervisor, he was thinking that he was talking with his mother that could threat people like this. They wouldn’t check us cuz we need to pay the city taxes, which we already paid via booking but they said no. At the end, we got the confirmation from booking saying that we shouldn’t have paid and guess what? We’re still waiting for them to refund the money. The hotel is dirty, pool is horrible, staff rude and not welcoming at all!! The only positive thing was the bed, that’s it!!

I recently stayed at the GTD Abudhabi Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating specially Mr. Nisar from HK, he went out of his way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities that I needed to feel at home. Honestly i would love to be back soon! ????

Positive: Very central and beautiful hotel. Wifi is good.
"Wissal" has very friendly and helpful staff. Helped with early check-in. The price is considered affordable. I stayed two days. I recommend it to you.
Negative; There was a problem with the room card. It was okay. The electrics sockets are different. I wish breakfast was included in the price :)
