The rooms are just adequate to get a good nights sleep, nothing fancy and there are times you might find insects here and there inside the room. They installed 2 new elevators which is a huge bonus since only one of them was operating for the whole hotel for months. The location is nice you can find multiple fast food restaurants and Arabic restaurants to get a bite to eat and just at the hotels entrance a public parking basement is available by Mawaqif.

There are 2 lift in the hotel but both were not working while we were there. Some people had to walk up 15 floors to their rooms.

The young female receptionist not too focus on the job. Chit chatting with her colleagues and other guest while we wait for her to help us check in the hotel. Took 30mins to check in.

Room is reasonably good but aging. Need to renovate the place.

It's may be my first time I have rated so much low to a hotel stay experience.

Nevertheless, from the beginning, the hotel location is tricky to reach, but it is good if your room is facing the open area. Coming to the reception desk, it was not at all crowded but felt slow in response.

Sadly, out of two, just one elevator was working, and the room service had to use the same for transferring their garbage because even their elevator was under service. Hence, it was a very long wait every time we wanted to move upwards from the ground.

Coming to our room, to our surprise, the bathroom, although it was marked clean but was stinking strongly, had to call housekeeping in spite of their check there was still some smell. I liked the wall paint but the furniture and carpet were old and dirty.

My friend also spotted a big stain on the bedsheet.

Aisha from housekeeping 7th floor did a fantastic job ,she was courteous and polite rooms were clean and well kept all thanks to Pakistani lady for her warm hospitality.

Worst experience in a hotel... worst service. Receptionists are unprofessional. I had been to many hotels for my travels but here was the worst customer service. Will never ever recommend this hotel to my friends and families. At least they should talk to the guests in a good way. Will never come back in here.

Hotel is okay if you just want a place to sleep,the staff are so rude especially a guy called Mohamed who works in the restaurant he does not know what hospitality means.He is so rude and arrogant,I would never come back here again.
There are way better hotels nearby.
I was in Abu Dhabi for 10 nights I checked out in 2 days and when to another hotel nearby

Room is moderate in area and size .
Bathroom is big , includes bath tub.
View of rooms is nice towards the city .
Amenities provided . Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tooth brush , you Need to ask if something is missing.

However the hotel is old , very much old and outdated, old building, old finishes, old materials, old sanitary, old lighting fixtures, old mirrors , old joinery , old furniture.

The Hotel badly need rennovation and refurbishment.

Carpet on flooring may be 40 years old .

Hotel driver takes ur car and park it for u , u pay 15 AED.

Area is crowded , heavy traffic .

I recommended this hotel to my friend who came for eid vacation in the UAE because of cheap price. And we got cheap service as well. The room and customer service was terrible. They were all blaming the eid rush.
First, the room is old, the carpet is soiled with water leakage, there is no parking from hotel, they will say its full and up to you how you will park your car or pay them 15aed per day.
Second, even if you already selected and entered all information from the booking, your preferred room will not be available. You selected non smoking, they will offer smoking.
My friend requested to be transferred and they said they are fully booked even eid is done, the next day, she went to the reception and asked the same person if there is available room as preferred, and the receptionist said they have vacant rooms (she thought my friend is a new customer), when the receptionist realized she was checked in already, she changed her answer to, there are no available rooms.
People from reception was not friendly and helpful in daytime or night time.
