Good service. What I like from there is that, whatever expenses they having for the parts, they will show you the invoice for that. So we will be convinced with the expenses that are there.

When you take your vehicle there they will not make you wait for long to inform what the problem with the vehicle is. Once they identify the problem, they will immediately show you the invoice for the parts. When you say okay they will start the work.

Even though the owner is not from Kerala state, he can speak Malayalam very well. So for people from Kerala they won't have any problem with communication.

Overall what I want to say is their service is good and they are trustable.

After a narrow escape with another fireplace company. We contacted Ashley after becoming aware of ‘Congleton Fireplaces’ behind Tesco’s. He helped put our minds at rest that the bodge job could be remedied and that we would get the fireplace we wanted to a quality finish.
Not only did Ashley make good on his word, he offered us a shorter than expected timeframe to come in and get the job done.
If you want a quality job done, Ashley keen eye for detail will give you the workmanship finish you’re after.

I would recommend Congleton Fireplaces. Ashley is knowledgeable about gas and electric products and was also able to bespoke the fire we chose. The timescales set were accurate, and Ashley's standard of work was of high quality. Would go to Congleton Fireplaces again if we needed another fire as a professional service all round provided.

For some time we were looking for a supplier of marble fireplaces and coal-effect electric fires and then discovered Congleton Fireplaces. They have a well stocked showroom and Ashley was really helpful in pointing out all the factors we should consider. He visited our house initially and then designed a bespoke fireplace and fire for us, made it in his workshop and then installed it for us. He is a real craftsman and the finish was perfect.

We were so pleased with his meticulous approach that we asked him to work in another room of the house and design and build a media wall for us. We wanted an envelope style fire at the base and an opening for a TV above. Size , appearance and viewing comfort were all important and the finished article looks really good.
We have no hesitation in recommending Congleton Fireplaces as the place to go.

My wife and I looked at many suppliers before stumbling on Congleton Fireplaces.

The fire and surround we chose was designed by the owner Ashley. It looks great.

Ashley is true gentleman and a first class craftsman as was his plasterer, John.

I have no hesitation in recommending anyone looking for a new fire to head to see Ashley.

We received great service and advice from the company our fire was fitted as soon as the fire came into stock.
The person who fitted it was very courteous and polite, we had no mess afterwards to clean up, our carpets were covered so they would not get stain marks fire fitted and working in a very short time exceptionally pleased would highly recommend

While planning to change our gas fire for an electric one we called at Congleton Fireplaces. We were so impressed with Ashley and his designs we asked him to come to look and advise us. We ordered a fire with a completely new surround and Ashley came a week later and removed the. old fireplace and surround and the following day he returned with a custom made marble surround and and electric fire which he fitted with no disruption or mess.Ashley is very professional very clean and tidy and we would recommend as a very talented tradesman.

Ashley from Congleton Fireplaces carried out a fantastic job of replacing our old fireplace with a new white marble one. The aperture for the electric fire had to be made larger which was carried out with minimal disruption. The job was completed on time and surpassed our expectations. Ashley instilled confidence in us as he knew exactly what he was doing at each stage and didn't disappoint. Would have no hesitation in recommending Congleton Fireplaces. Keep up the excellent work!!

We bought our fire suite from Congleton Fireplaces and we weren’t disappointed. Firstly the showroom is lovely and staff friendly. Ashley is very knowledgeable and professional. He came out to our property before we purchased our suite to check it would fit. On the day of installation, Ashley arrived on time and fit the fireplace perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Big thank you.
