No bad experience on the staff, only for the owner that don't know how to answer inquiry properly, if you don't want to receive any inquiry don't put your number on your page also declaring that you own the place and think that you are above a Customer think again, being nice will not hurt ego. And next time comprehend the message before reacting. Asking is different on Demanding

Had a horrible experience with the processing of my visa. Travel agent was uninformative and unhelpful even with constant contact when I asked for an update. Will not recommend going here.

I was amazed how fast my transaction processed, also the team is so friendly and polite specially Jenielle. i really appreciate the great job you do to process fast my docment. for that i recommend them to anyone dealing with anything related to tour and travel I seriously wish them more successful.

The BEST and EXCELLENT Service. EXCELLENT Customer Service. HARDWORKING staffs equals to FAST PROCESSING of service.

I went to their office yesterday to avail a visa extension 'coz my grace period ends today. I was so amazed and very happy! I'm a Happy client indeed for their Fast visa processing and it took only 2-3hours on the same day itself.

Not like the other agencies that I've tried. I waited to 3-5days for visa processing. My observations are: Staffs are talkative to each other while serving the client. Very unprofessional. You will be waiting for them for 45minutes to 1hr just to put your details and submitted documents in their system. Very Frustrating, and no initiative staffs. They will just wait for you to message them bfore they will update the development of your visa.

Now, We all know that all agencies had thesame prices of their visas. But with Gulf Planet Travel and Tourism, the priced you've paid is really worth it. And what really matters most, their staffs are very helpful, friendly and accomodating.

The Best and excellent service here in Abu Dhabi and I am very thankful for that.

Went in this morning, Some good cars here, and I thought I'll give this a go as I am looking for a new car.
The sales person or main front person 》no greeting or hello just stares at you until you speak..

I asked him about damages on a certain car, and he said the cars are sold as seen.. never once did he say I'll get someone to help you look at the car or go through it by details..

I noticed he had his baguette on his desk, which I understand he's hungry at 11.25am.

I didn't feel that this place was welcoming, I've been to other places that are more friendly and welcoming. The guy I spoke to is probley better of working in the bookies as I asked him for a part exchange value on my car, he told me to go online..

I had a pleasant experience with this dealership today. Even though I didn't buy as I am still narrowing down my selection, they were very transparent and pleasant to deal with. Simon was an absolute star and deserved a mention. The 5 star review is largely because of his helpful, friendly Nd patient. Funny an honest person as well. Thank you Simon!

There is a nice selection of quality used cars here, it's a shame that there's no bartering the price down which can be fun.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and DO NOT follow you around like a lost puppy, the staff are excellent here.

I personally wish that the vehicles had the price displayed directly on the vehicles. Scanning the QR code on the windows with my phone just for my phone to open up a browser tab that displays the vehicle price and details is a bit of pain faff if you ask me.

The CarStore is a nice place to visit...

Purchased a great Car from CarStore Coventry today. Lovely drive back Home up the Motorway. We were looked after by Kiani who was very kind and professional at all times. To be fair all the Staff we spoke to or came into contact with were incredibly kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you to you all, we hope you all enjoy the Chocolate Muffins from my Granddaughter.

Great customer service from Kiani at CarStore Coventry, he was professional and friendly and was not pushy with sales which me and my husband appreciated. He also stayed over past his working hours on 2 occasions which we really appreciated so thank you! Staff were welcoming and friendly too.

Omar was really helpful when assisting with buying my car from CarStore, Coventry. Every member of staff was approachable and polite. Omar done a great job of offering a good part exchange price for my old car and the deal for my new car was wrapped up and sorted really quick. The car and the service offered by the CarStore were top notch. This is my and my husband's first car purchase on financial. Kiani guided us through the process, which at first seemed complicated. He was very professional, very patient, understanding and answered every question we asked him (my husband loves to ask and he asked thousands of questions :) )
We had two test drives, the car was fully checked before it was handed over to us.
I highly recommend CarStore. We will continue to recommend, and in the future we will certainly use CarStore services again and again.
