These are wonderful , friendly, helpful people. They have helped me with a membership, a loan and a savings account. They have helped me clear my debt off and now I can start to save for a brighter future. So much better than a bank and a good experience.

Pretty handy place can't fault the savings and loans side but the new opening times are ridiculous! You can never get through on the phone and if you do they usually hang up on you after 30 minutes on hold this has happened atleast 5 times now

Terrible customer service, I applied for a loan and was emailed asking for information in which I supplied immediately, I sent another email asking the lady (Carole Truman)if my email was received as I had no response, I waited a few days and was further ignored. 6 days later I ring up to ask what was happening to be told my application was rejected, did not receive an email or text to let me know like the advisor said I should have received and was given no reason as to why. Shame as I would of been a great customer.

Unable to get an answer on the telephone on umpteen calls, I can not remember membership number so can not get my money out via the app!!!

This ‘con’pany facilitates fraud and scammers who rob people via caravan hire on Facebook asking for deposits sent to this credit union.
