Please set the bus card machine in this stop???? that is a main bus stop for the most people.. If someone need to recharg bus card, who has to go another side through under pass. ????

Was looking for a cheese board selection and stumbled upon the farm shop whilst passing (now closed to the public) however bumped into Fannie the owner and she helped us out with an incredible selection - very last minute on a BH Monday.
She was lovely. Thank you :)

I wouldn't have given any stars! Disgusting treatment of customers; profit comes first! Firstly, the website does not give information regarding which postcodes they deliver to, or not, took my order and took payment instantly. Then I received an email from Joyce McLean saying they do not deliver to my postcode and would issue a refund. After waiting more than several days, I simply enquired as to why the refund had not yet been made to my account. Joyce McLean was sarcastic, only reply "YOUR WELCOME"! Then over the phone, rude and told me I would have to wait until next week to be issued a refund! It is now just two weeks to Christmas! Next week I have to be already prepared to cater for family including grandchildren! Appalling treatment, especially so close to Christmas. Disgusting behavior, and by all accounts, a first for any fresh food delivery service!!!

My order couldn't be processed because of my postcode. Yet the postcode checker didn't alert me of this and neither did the checkout/payment process. So money was taken, and apparently it will take 2 weeks for a refund.

Had a really nice morning with my wife and grandchildren at the Open Day. Got to see how the farm works and enjoy some of the food. Great produce, highly recommend buying from Organic Pantry.

We are very happy with our weekly fruit & veg box from The Organic Pantry. The box is always well filled with loads of fresh vegetables and fruit. We also get a box of eggs, which are great. Everything is very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended!

We have been receiving a weekly veg box from Organic Pantry for around 6 months now and I would highly recommend them. The vegetables are fantastic quality, taste delicious and customer service is excellent. Staff always reply promptly to email messages and it's really easy to organise substitutions or suspend deliveries if needed. Delivery drivers are friendly and helpful and instructions for where to leave our box are always followed. We've had all sorts of fantastic organic vegetables which we would not have been able to source locally and it's great that everything arrives without tonnes of unneccesary packaging.

The Organic Pantry have always had such friendly staff, my veg box always arrives on time and I love having seasonal vegetables. I’ve tried a few veg box schemes but these guys are THE BEST!!! Highly recommend. ????

Problems with website on ordering so person answering the phone took my husbands order over the telephone. Helpful and polite. The conserves we ordered were so much cheaper than at our local farm shop and they were delivered to our door. Now looking to place a regular order for other produce. This company is a wonderful find for us. Thank you for your excellent service.
