Shop has all musical instrument, the service in the shop was worst because the people in shop not responded and not shown any interest to give any information properly they discussing between themselves and not even asking the customer requirements . Need to improve customer service a lot in this branch

Best Place for buying musical instruments. Very cooperative staff. I Bought a mic stand which we required for a mosque Mimber Project. They open it and show us a demo.

Went to Hamdan St. and once I entered the door I asked the staff if I can try and play and they said yes.
while I was playing piano, they interrupted me and told me that’s too long.
They further explained that testing is for 2 minutes only.
Without a single word, I left the location feeling very embarrassed.
I hope that whoever is in this business would be a sort of musician so he can understand.
I remember how the staff in Yamaha dealer in Alrashid mall, Saudi some would join me and swap playing with me.

Bob and Dan were absolutely helpful in setting up my guitar. Let us try instruments out and jammed a little. Great place to get any musical thing done!

I went to all Thomson branches in Abu dhabi and no one seemed to find a solution to my problem. I wanted to understand how I can take a video of me playing the piano and connect the piano to my phone to obtain the best quality. Luckily, I tried Thomson in galleria mall and Husain Jaleel stayed almost 2 hours with me trying to fix the issue, learning together how to do it and then finally we figured it out and it worked perfectly like I wanted. Thank you Husain for all your time. You actually made my day. I can start now recording myself playing the piano with the best quality!
