The chicken meals were good . You can order the tandoori with biryani rice which is a great option to sample two meals at once. The starter salad platter and traditional bread were unexpectedly good. Great portion sizes. Service was great. I ordered the traditional Iranian dish with lamb and kidney beans but it wasn't to my taste. Thats just me though... otherwise a great experience!

It was my first time to dine in this Iranian Restaurant. I loved their Mahejia lamb chops with Baghpolo rice, an authentic Iranian food.
The Manager Ayman and food server Mahmoud were really doing excellent job. Very attentive and helpful.
Highly recommended. Will be coming back again.

Worst customer service ever.
First of all there are only two people works in the place. And no 1 came to serve us at all. When went to them he started to higher his voice as he has some delivery to be done because of Ramadan. Even though i am fasting as well. They guy is Egyptian with 0 service he have. Of course we left and we didn't eat

I am in Àbu Dhabi for almost 20 years and I never liked Hatam , something about the food and overall ambiance, had to visit the WTC branch , after long time and to my partner wish, as soon as I the appetizers were served I was made reminded why I never liked the place and the main course made it worse, it is not even up to street food unfortunately. Order 1 mixed lamb and 1 Sultany Kanan, no flavors at all, bland and the meat was chewy and felt like it was reheated after being frozen, big regret, and no wonder the restaurant is always empty, Never Again.

Best Iranian BBQ in town. My favorite is mixed grill platter, all items are extremely tender yet well done and juicy. And best of all, it's very tasty.
