I’ve moved many times, and often with the so-called ‘market leader’ for home removals. I’ve never experienced such professional, friendly, gold-star service as I did last week when Watsons moved us. Everyone - from survey through interaction with the office/admin team, to the guys themselves on the day - was friendly, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Everyone went the extra mile and this was the most relaxing move ever. All the way through we felt confident that our things were in the safest, kindest hands. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Watsons moved us from Darlington to Leeds last November and I cannot praise highly enough the two men who carried it out. Tom and Dale worked non stop for two days and were unfailingly professional. We found their can do attitude extremely reassuring as nothing seemed to be too much for them, including around 200 plants, despite them being a man down. They were polite and friendly and very supportive. The person who came to assess our possessions was also excellent and all in all everything went without a hitch. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

These guys were great. Straight in and down to the job got it packed up so quick but super organised and safely too. Really friendly guys and would definitely reccomend :)

This was a very last minute booking however Watson’s were able to accommodate things and were very supportive.
The run up to the house move was becoming very stressful but things were made so much easier by the professional approach of the company. The removal lads were with us for 8 hours, packing and then unpacking at he other end. They never stopped from start to finish, they had a great attitude and were always polite. It was honestly the best money I’d ever spent! Absolute value for money.
I hadn’t used Watsons before but would definitely use them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Thanks again for getting us from Whitley Bay to Escomb (Bishop Auckland), we really appreciate it.

These lovely lads moved me on Friday 22nd April 2022 and I cannot praise them highly enough. They moved me from Howden le Wear to Darlington and were wonderful!I am almost 70 and disabled with a little assistance dog and they were making me laugh even through the stress of moving due to anti social behaviour! The whole move took less time than I thought possible and the strength of these lovely lads was amazing!They even took curtain rails down for me as the housing association demanded all must be removed and I laughed at the new place and said would you like to put curtains up here for me????(obviously not) I have used Watsons before and would never use anyone else and I have moved a lot due to health problems too.Nothing was even scratched and it’s extremely hard work! Got my washing lines down too????????????200% great firm highly recommended and I can’t thank them enough!

Excellent team of lads, Dax, John & Lucas that moved us out of our house and into our new one. Very professional company and excellent polite set of lads. Superb service from start to finish. Would also like to give compliments to the 2 ladies who I dealt with - Emma & Sarah - again very professional and excellent service. We were the customers from hell with last minute changes to dates, as well as destination. The whole team were absolutely brilliant with us, helping us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble we were reassured at every turn. The removals guys both ends were the most cheerful team we have ever met and made a stressful time a pleasure. At the unloading stage we had access issues and the guys worked extremely hard in adverse conditions to get our possessions safely to us, they remained professional, calm and certainly went the extra mile (literally). Nothing was damaged despite 2 months in storage and narrow, bumpy tracks in Wales! Thoroughly recommend, thank you so much.
