Love this out of town shop. Huge selection of ladies & gents clothing. Walk through into food shop, fabulous selection of delicious ready meals as well as everyday necessary items. Parking easy so convenient no charge.

The cafe fell a little short of its usual standards today. I ordered on the machine, and it didn't actually say I could order at the till.

Staff member came over to say what I'd ordered was not available, choose another lunch to be told that was unavailable too.
Eventually, I found something that was available.
There is no point in having an ordering machine if it does not reflect what is available to eat. Please sort this out.
All round a disapointing experience.
Oh, and it was freezing in the cafe. Needed coats on.

Large & clean. Found what we were looking for easily. Very helpful staff member showed us how to use the automated tills as we wanted to pay using vouchers

Massive range of quality products here in a big open & airy store. Also has an adjacent restaurant (which I have yet to try) and a fabulous food hall. Certainly loads better than the previous place in the Priors. Good (free!) parking immediately outside although access to the retail park an get rammed at weekends & peak periods.

Go elsewhere for a coffee or snack. Confusing ordering system, have to use a screen like at McDonalds, failing that you use their app from a table, so many screens to get just a coffee.
Bring back normal checkouts. Won't be going back any time soon

Lovely clean, spacious store, cafe great, customer toilets spotless, food hall attached which sells beautiful food

Cafeteria had uncleared tables, tables weren't wiped down. Forgot my milk and to put a teabag in the teapot, not their fault as they were busy. Guy clearing tables had gloves on, then putting cutlery into napkins same gloves. Not impressed at all, M&S tearoom going down the tubes ????

I came in the store an hour ago ,I walked around to find someone to help me with a bra.
Could I find anyone? No! I went to the counter ,a lady pointed me to a lady by jaeger ,saying the lady will help me.
I asked her, she said yes ,Ani is her name.
Ani assisted me, measured me,and talk me through which sort I needed, I was thankful that Ani was there.Ani took the time to help me.
I'd like to thank this lady Ani, from leamington shires store.
