I recently visited B&Q in Pontypridd, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The store itself was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The layout was intuitive, and everything was clearly labeled, which saved me a lot of time and frustration.

What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service I received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services they offered, and they were more than happy to help me with any questions or concerns I had. They even went above and beyond to provide me with some expert advice on the best products for my project, which saved me a lot of time and money in the long run.

The selection of products at this B&Q location was impressive, to say the least. They had everything from gardening tools to building supplies, and the prices were more than reasonable. I was able to find everything I needed for my project in one place, which was a huge relief.

I called in to pick up a few bits and pieces when working in the area and found this store to be perfectly sufficient for my needs.

There's a great selection of products for many different aspects of trade, building and DIY, mostly competitively priced (with the exception of a few items), the layout was fairly easy to navigate and the staff were helpful and friendly.

In short, this is a good representation of multinational chain.

It's B&Q. Not much to say. It has ample parking and sells stuff that B&Q sell. Not immaculate as there's lots of building material on sale. But if they didn't have tjise it wouldn't be B&Q. A good quality garden centre too.

Great store friendly and helpful staff. Has everything you'd expect and more. A good one stop shop for DIY and trade uses.

They have a loyalty scheme which I don't know much more about than it exists.

Good disabled access with wide zebra crossing out front to a lot of disabled parking spots. Child and family spaces to the side of the store and not such a great location.

Close to town for those walking (although does have one busy road without crossing or lights) and as Sainsbury's is close also quite accessible via public transport.

Staff were very helpful! I needed helo as was going around the paints for about 3 minutes, and they come up to me asking if I was looking for anything helped massively and while grabbing my paints the staff went and grabbed me a B AND Q card and I had £5 off my first purchase of my order with that xard. Absolutely amazing

Have always been able to find what I need at this store. Never had any issues. There is a toilet at the back of the store, which is good because I shop with my kids and they always seem to need to go. staff are always helpful.

Not much to add for a large B&Q. Good offers but found similar items cheaper elsewhere. Went on my most recent visit for bedding plants - a lot of bedding plants! Experience marred by a rude member of staff who, rather than be helpful, she was only too quick to point out my poor selections in front of my son. Her defence? "I know these things, I'm a gardener". During the same visit, on a busy Sunday, some genius closed all the self service tills which led to twenty minute queues. It's times like that I wished I'd shopped a little closer to home. Yes, it might be a little more expensive, but it's local and you'll always get the personal touch.
