Food selection is very unimaginative! Lots of white flour breads, poor quality cheeses and a daily dessert snacks that really make you hungry and still make u crave sugar. No use of colourful fruits and vegetables, their understanding of salads is lettuce .. Nothing but lettuce!!

Delivery times are inflexible and staff there lack basic common sense, and I was highly sceptical of the nutritionists' qualifications as their knowledge of basic food groups was very poor.

You're better of following your own healthy eating regimen.
