I fell like I'm in hell when I seat in this restaurant cuz the staff was so rude very bad staff I never saw this type of staff anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Shame of being here. Owner teach them about humanity or else kick them out it's too better. If possible I can give more bad ratings to staff. The African guy on the counter Cashier very very bad. I suggest you to kick him out ASAP. He was too dirty and very bad about customer service.

Frankly speaking, this was my worst experience ever.

Zero stars for the meals plan food quality.

The chicken smell bad, the fish smell bad, the meat was hard like a rock and taste bad, and rice was cooked without cleaning it first.

The sandwiches was average.

The meals was reaching on time, no delays.

The restaurant seriously need to consider the food quality. You can’t call this a healthy food!

I had to cancel my membership after several of complaints!

No clean not wear gloves very poor service and behavior also too rude they don't know how to talk the coustmer he want to fight with me when I ask y late

i wish i could give less than 1 star but thats the lowest, i entered a low calorie meal plan for a month, for the first 3 days they kept sending me the same meal lunch and dinner(same exact meal) i then made a complain, then they kept sending me the meals on wrong day's( i asked them friday and saturday to not send me) they still did and stopped sending me on sunday monday!
i decided to cancel the plan, they said ok we will cancel and refund you( and this was the manager who was talking to me) he never called me back or get me my refund, ive been trying to contact them for the past month and no one is answering me back!!! worst customer care and service..
total waste of money!

Update, 1 month later and they still keep hanging up on me and not refunding me

The food is tasty and delicious but too after my 5 times experience i decided not to order from there any more, for ne service is also important. I ordered around 5 times and 3 times the order was wrong or missing and just today i order acai and after waiting for me 10 mins they decided to tell me raspberry and strawberry isnt available.
