Warning, they are selling fake goods..I bought one paire Adidas shoes from abudhabi outlet . after one month of use the shoe skin start to damageing, I visit same showroom again and share my concern with outlet manager. manager trying contact back office , the back office rejected the issues,then i contact back office through emails, no replay from showroom and backoffice. So i think they are not ready to solve my issues. I have 3 year old Adidas shoes , zero issues still iam using. This first time experience from Adidas ,so i belive they selling duplicats iteams ...not recommeding showroom for brands products.

So rude the sales lady when i come inside i ask for pilipina for if have promotion and she answered me "why that is still not promotion for you?"why she answered like that ???????????? i offended Why because you think i cant buy? you answers like that instead you guide the customer you answer for rude way please fix your staff coz how many times i buy for shoes for this shop but im so regret to come to today ????????????????

Beware they’re selling counterfeit items. I was comparing a Nike ladies shoe to the original in the showroom at the same mall. The item in their shop was fake. Sizes are off and material was very flimsy.

Very poor Customer service, they are selling a fake and second-quality product. Not recommended.

Extremely poor customer service - just bumped onto a sales person (literally 10 mins before writing this review) who kept arguing for a product with a wrong price tag. I could her another customer shouting at the cash till for rude behaviour - There are better discount stores in Abu Dhabi

I was quite surprised with the knowledge of the staffs working there. The female staff who was there to assist me was quite rude and has no idea about the items she was selling, She doesn’t know the sizes of the items and if it’s available or not. They’re working in a sports shop, they should know at least the basics of the items they are selling especially now that we have covid outbreak and we can’t try any stuffs.

The salesmen and sales ladies are the worst.. they are not cooperative and they are not giving proper information about the products.. except one sales lady called Annalyn she was really good through guiding us during our previous visit.. she helped us to choose the suitable products we were searching for.. we returned today to buy two pairs of shoes for men and for ladies but based on what we experienced with sales lady and the salesman who I don't have their name we decided to leave without buying, unfortunately we didn't see Annalyn their.. I asked myself if their prices are competitive why they are not selling but today I realised why..
