As expected, I went home satisfied with the meal that I had in this restaurant. The meal for one is budget friendly for only 28dhs, I had a complete set of dinner meal. I started with their unlimited soup "sopas", then immediately I had my main course as relenong bangus with rice and lumpiang sariwa, buko pandan as my dessert plus unlimited gulaman or ice tea. What more you could ask for with this authentic Filipino restaurant. The waiters are very attentive and the food was served super fast. Must try! You could find them inside Al Wahdah mall in AUH.

I visited the place once again as guest taster for the soon to be launched new menu and oh boy- can' t wait to have the Steamed Seabream in Chinese Soy Sauce ???????????? in their regular menu.

Probably your best choice for authentic Filipino foods not just at Al Wahda Mall but within Abu Dhabi in terms of taste, choices, ambience and variety of customized order to suit one's taste.

Filipinos can be picky at times and offer critical opinions considering each may come from the 7,107 islands comprising the country that may say otherwise depending on how a certain food or dish is prepared or cooked.

Some will offer their honest (and sometimes brutal opinions ????) on the quality of foods, some will focus on the kind of service they received at the time, others might simply offer their judgement based on plain comparison on what they normally have in their table back in the Philippines. But overall in my opinion, having visited almost all available Filipino Restaurants in this part of the world for more than 25 years, this restaurant and its older sister restaurant back in Dubai - Salt and Pepper, could be one of your best choices for real authentic quality Filipino food in general.

Today, I had a mixed seafood pan fried customized order by Chef Jun...and it was just perfect ????.

Tomorrow, I'm planning to have their mouth watering seafood Lomi ????.

I'm a Filipino myself and a food lover. Honestly, I am not satisfied with the food being served and the customer service experience. The rice tasted weird like uncooked or having a hard texture (like being frozen and cooked the next day). The chicken used for Inasal is not fresh and juicy. The cashier was chatting to someone without minding there are other clients waiting in line for her. I gave it a 3 star. Sorry (just trying to be honest and no need to sugar coat).

I had the seafood and rice bowl, the taste of fish wasn't so fresh, squid was very chewy. The vegetables wasn't fresh and smelled excess oil smoke. I tried same seafood and rice bowl in other restaurants and that was much better.

The place is clean. I tried the buffet. I Like the food. Just a bit disappointed with the pansit and brownies. Staff are nice.

Promoting our very own capampangan dishes. Very delicious food, nice and accesible place at Al Wahda Extension, Abu Dhabi. The owner, Architect Esdwin Espiritu, is a family friend.
Eating at the restaurant is bringing you closer to home, with the filipino culture of entertaining visitors at a cozy restaurant. Affordable, even other nationalities visit the place. If you would like to taste real filipino and capampangan food, this is the place to go!
