It’s been a great pleasure to visit this store, when I wanna buy a good present after long trip. Very helpful and professional service. Couldn’t have gone better!

I must say this is THE WORST shopping experience at hermes. The SA named yemesrach is super rude and the most unprofessional SA i’ve ever encountered at hermes. esp when she try to offer things and we didn’t took her offer, she will be like “oh seems like you already have everything “ with her mocking smile . I do make a purchase here, and regret it just bcs of the bad attitude of the SA. I don’t know what is your problem girl, but your attitude is ???????????????????????? . Mocking a client just because the turn down your offer, is so inappropriate and unprofessional. Girl, go get lost.

I had the most wonderful service today @ Hermès. I stopped by enroute to London this morning and the sales assistant could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and was so incredibly kind.

Sale assistant (two Chinese girls) at Abu Dhabi airport were pushing so hard to sell that make clients feels uncomfortable become rude even, few weeks later my husband were there ( Hermers store in Abu Dhabi airport )and exactly same thing happened to him. Please retraining them surely it wouldn't do any good to your business. from World traveller.
