The location is exelen, there's everything you need nearby. The service it's just fine, rooms are kinda smalls, the restaurant have a free breakfast, any other meal have an acceptable price and the food it's tasty. The parking loot is really small and the rooms close to it get much noise making hard to sleep at night in those rooms. But over all you get what you pay for

I am so impressed with the hotel, I am often very critical in reviewing hotels restaurants and places, I here apply the same rigorous criteria, but this hotel passes above expectations on all categories from human encounter rooms, food and atmosphere. All people I met and interacted with at the hotel were super professional and polite providing great service. Food at the dinner and breakfast was excellent, room was super clean. Compared with other 5 star hotels at which we stayed recently like the intercontinental abu Dhabi, this one comes at top with no real competitors. I would like to mention a few people that were exceptional, sadly I forget some of the names but Cindy was so polite professional and with a nice smile when serving giving you the feeling that you are welcome.

A lovely environment overall..calm area and all the staff are great, been staying here for several months and housekeeping do an excellent job, thank you Chandana for always making sure the place is neat and clean. I’m glad I chose to stay here and still continuing

The best thing is that the hotel with Mall. But it is a little bit away from the main attractions of Al-Ain. The rooms are very clean. We took one bedroom suit, and there were three sofas. Three kids can easily sleep on sofas, as they will provide extra blankets and bedsheets free. But you can also take an extra bed which costs 100 AED if you want.

As I every week go to Alain this the best hotel in Alain as many tourist go there and every service you need is really close Spa, Barber shop and there is a mall next to it overall this is the best hotel to go and it is really recommended

The swimming pool is average , and the food is OK
The rooms are clean, but not so big
It's near to al hili mall, so you can do some shopping and have food
