Both flights delayed out and back, people treated as animals, putting a bunch of people in a overcrowded room waiting for hours, and then letting all the people outside in the cold waiting for long and watching the laco of organisd staff lost and confused, just treated loke animals.

What a shame.!!!!
I do not recommend .!!!!!

I understand that things happen and can't be helped, including a recent flight cancellation from Barcelona to Luton due to a fault on the aircraft, safety first of course. However, had to wait 2 days before getting another flight, they did not charter or lay on another flight for a full cancelled flight. We all had to find our own next flight and so all those passengers competing to get the next available empty seats on the coming flights. That's simply not good enough. Plus, trying to go through other airlines to get back sooner was far too expensive considering you only get a refund on your flight.
I also, had to pay for 2 extra days of parking at Luton Airport. Beware everyone, Easyjet will not reimburse for this. £89 extra from my own pocket, that would not have happened had the flight not been cancelled.
I was lucky enough to be put up for the 2 nights, so Easyjet didn't have to pay for my accommodation. To lose out on the parking definitely hurts considering that.
Also, Easyjet will not accept bank details of payment for meals either - another loss.
I very stupidly joined Easyjet Plus membership recently too.
I should have read their policies on cancellations etc and customer service procedures before I flew with them, so my bad there.
Having had a fantastic experience with Norwegian Airlines and a cancelled flight, I thought that other budget airlines would be similar.
Not a happy customer and there was not a happy boss on my return either. I have only had good experiences in the past, so gave one extra star for that. Generous on my part.
I cannot recommend and will always try to fly with someone else first in the future.

Generally a good airline and most flights seem to be on time. Check for hidden extras though. When delays happen they normally communicate or offer compensation.

We had booked a flight to Lisbon, which was cancelled 24(!) before departure time without telling us any reason. We then had to book an overpriced last minute flight with a different company. Easy Jet rejected our claim to get a compensation for the difference of the flight prices. We also lost 2 days of our holidays and didn't get any money refunded from the local hotel. As we had to take the return flight with Easy Jet, we arrived a fortnight later at Luton again, where we had to wait almost 2 hours to get our luggage back. Awful company, not reliable and definitely not customer friendly! They were much better years ago, but won't get our money anymore in future!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this airline, which I can confidently say is the epitome of incompetence and dishonesty in the UK and Europe. It is evident that they employ deceptive tactics to circumvent the European Passenger Rights Regulation EC 261/04, denying passengers their rightful refunds and compensation.

In my particular case, the ordeal began with a two-hour delay at the gate, followed by an additional two hours of waiting on the tarmac before disembarking. Shockingly, the airline then made the call to postpone our flight by a staggering 48 hours. When I sought to claim a refund and compensation, I was astounded by their response. They brazenly stated that only passengers who opted to endure the 48-hour delay were eligible for such compensation.

This airline's treatment of its customers is nothing short of appalling, deserving of legal repercussions for their utter disrespect and deceitful practices. I strongly urge others to reconsider choosing this airline and demand that such unscrupulous behavior be rectified.

Luggage delivery took longer than the flight. Flight from Palma de Mallorca to Liverpool (EZY3362) was delayed by 2 hours and landed around 3am. However, by 5am no luggage had been delivered. According to Airport staff, there were just 2 members of staff to handle all bags from all flights, of which there were numerous flights arriving at the same time. No Management came to explain or apologise, instead leaving it to one of their staff.

Lost bags, promised me me my bags within 48hrs. 72 hrs later and loads lies I still have no bags!! Forgot to say I have 25€ limited to buy clothes, in Milan you can’t buy a sandwich for €25.

Booked 3 flights 2 months in advance for holiday. 1 had the time changed 2 days before and we couldn’t make it. The other was canceled while we were waiting to board. We had to stay in lousy 2 star hotel and wasted most of the weekend to get another flight. Will not fly EasyJet again!!!
