Easy to find what you are looking for and always great quality food. Staff cheerful and always very helpful

Fairly new place. Opened recently and now popular with the locals.
Easier to get to from my home town of Kirkintilloch than most of the other nearby retail outlets.
All the usual M&S favourites in store. A bit smaller shop space than normal so actually quite easy to navigate and get around inside. Friendly helpful staff as ever with M&S.
Good site for parking with fuel stop on site plus plenty other outlets for your weekly shop.

The store was excellent, choices were many.
The reason for my poor review is that I unfortunately have a hidden disability that requires me to use toilet facilities often, on visiting this relatively new store in Cumbernauld I was pleased to discover customer toilets. My pleasure was quickly taken away when I noticed a closed sign on the door. I personally won’t be able to shop here again as this is closed sign causes me huge problems.

Food great but prices just what you'd expect. However careful of card readers as don't know if my credit card was faulty or not but now locked out. Make up your own mind. Worked fine in prior shop an hour previously !

Excellent staff, extremely helpful most especially during these times. Can't thank them enough for their care and attention when needed. Good food and well stocked with fresh food and veg.

Every Saturday same story, large queue to get into the store largely made up of couples who can't seem to be able to shop alone. In certain circumstances, people need to shop with eg kids and carers etc however, it would be helpful if the company impose one person shopping rule.

Be prepared to be accused of trying to break the law if you take a teenager to this store!
Today while I was buying food and wine, at the checkout my son who was pushing the trolley as I was putting things on the conveyor, was asked while the person in front was being served if he had id. When I asked why as I was buying it he said how do I know it isn't for him. Before serving me I had to wait for someone to verify it was ok, even although I am over 50. So beware, if you buy alcohol from this M&S to take id for teenagers, and if they are under age be prepared to be refused as they might accuse you of trying to buying alcohol for a minor!

Nice wee foodhall. Meal for £12 shelve empty for veg side dish. Only French fries. Should be stocked up! No turnip in vegetable aisle. Need to up their game a bit.
