The staff was very polite and it is convenient to have a shop that sells goodies from back home. So, thank you so much. Just one thing though, the owner / manager needs to be more polite. He is not doing us any favours. We're paying for goods that he is providing. I am not saying be over-friendly but the least one could do is greet your customers when they greet you. Furthermore, it's awesome to have Hyperama around. ????

Awesome shop with every South African product any expat would need. The cafeteria has all our favorite take away meals and HuGE portions with proper “slap chips”. Highly recommended

The shop is very good but sometimes l feel like that cashier you have to talk to her. All customers are the same black or white.Her attitude must change like all your shops .I visit Abu Dhabi and Dubai they are good but this lady in Al Ain for me her attitude toward some of customers is not oky she only respect you through your sink color.We come to hyperama because we want to feel like we are at home not her attitude you can't feel comfortable to ask her something more . Please if you care for us talk to her

l agree with the customer who comment about the Filipino lady she only respect other natinalitys not us Africans.Another day l enter in that shop and l see the customer service she offer another African guy for me .lf that guy comes and buy again in your shop you are lucky.No matter what color is skin treat all customers the same .l feel than pain in me nothing to do only the manager at the butcher try to cover that mistake .He was so helpful.Try to teach that lady dont treat anyone because of the skin color

A taste of back home. Delicious wonder why pizza. Though rather small in size.... back home Hyperama is a mega store.

Marvellous selection of South African goods. Prices far better than expected, with a friendly helpful manager (Ruben, who really is worth his weight in gold).
