Very very good business support.

This hotel has a great central location. The reception staff are welcoming and very friendly. We asked for late check out and this was approved for 1230pm.

Now moving on to the next morning breakfast.

I have stayed in over 240 hotels over the last 10 years.. and this by far was the worst experience. Breakfast team were very disorganised and very under staff.

We arrived and were told to sit wherever we could find a table.. issue was there were no available tables and to help the cause no staff to assist either.

Moving over to the food and drinks..

There were no mugs for drinks.. After waiting 10 mins they arrived.. being welcomed by 20 eager guest.
Toaster wasn't working, coffee was watered down.. no warm food as once again the team were under pressure and couldn't handle the demands of guest present.

I ended up spending 30 mins downstairs and eating or drinking nothing.

Very very disappointed with our experience and I will be logging a formal complaint with Holiday Inn. This experience is not worth paying penny for...

Your Parking Space appear to have 2 car parks in this area and when parked in the wrong one by mistake (it is totally not clear), the company wholly unclear explanation and not helpful in the slightest. Don't use.
