Absolutely horrendous company! I have worked here, completing two shifts and was only paid for one, although I should have been paid for two. When I enquired about this with my manager, Adelaide, I was met with sheer hostility; she had absolutely no intention on resolving the matter. Furthermore, she decided to ring me swearing and screaming a mouthful of vulgar and derogatory terms down the phone stating “that I am just a little boy working as a steward” at the Villa ground. Not only does this demean and shame all other respected stewards, it is undisputedly harassment and reflects the type of person she is. The screaming manager (Adelaide) then realised I was in the right- after accusing me of lying saying I only worked one shift, in doing so her tone completely changed; she is yet to apologise. After discussing with my solicitor, I will now be taking the company to court, and suing them on a number of grounds for this reprehensible behaviour.

An absolute disgrace ???? they endorse their staff to assault members of the public (video footage available on request) and then give abuse on the phone when challenged if you want your guests/public to feel safe THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU customer service has a few shortcomings and as for Steve who says he owns the company is very bias and rude does not listen to serious issues
