Just visited Viva store at hamdan, done all the shopping but then noticed that there was a huge line just for billing as only one cashier counter was open. Was forced to leave the trolley after doing all the hardwork of selecting the groceries

I got wrong delivery and it was a horrible experience to get the replacement between Talabat and VIVA store Emerald Tower. Finally the store called me and delivered the replacement from their end after several calls and follow-up. But still, unhappy with this experience.

Alot of discounted items to choose from. Products are abit similar to other products from UAE although most of it is Poland in lower price. Only struggle i had was, theres no enough trolleys for shoppers thus, i need to use basket & forgot the heavier items ???? Hoping to see improvement soon.

Excellent...quite a good number of products from mostly East European countries and at a very competitive price. Recently opened but already became my favourite place to shop...

European standard products at low prices.their products are their own but they still tastes good and refund policy is nice.

My favourite shop for regular grocery shopping. Fresf fruit and veg are good. Meat is okay. Frozen food is okay.
