Poor quality, poor service. Watch broke down after less than 2 months. Have been told now it would take at least 30 days to get it back... at leaat that's what they think... not sure. Really? For a brand new watch, not even giving the correct time. I do not recommend and will never buy here again.

Useless support service. +20k AED watch is not giving correct time, 2 month after purchase. Every day have to reset the time. Now they told me it would take 2 weeks to fix. No workshop in Abu Dhabi, no driver to dubai... and other excuses. Will never buy here again.

Many thanks and congratulations for the amazing experience with IWC . First timepiece obtained from IWC and as a collector I have to mention that its not going to be the last one for sure ! Great pieces indeed !
But as always , behind great timepieces, great people are present !
Many thanks to Mrs. Rania and Mrs. Julianna , with whom I interacted throughout my unique experience.
Nice vibe in the boutique, good watch presentations and many other little goodies, that attract customers and become loyal customers and friends.
Well done to IWC and the people behind this fabulous trustworthy brand name !

I have been to every IWC in Abu Dhabi .
All boutiques are kind and best.
But especially the Galleria mall’s IWC is surprising and. best.
Manger , Feras and Advisor, Juliana are perfect and warm hearted executives.
Thanks to them, I bought a luxurious IWC.
I’ satisfied with IWC watch now.
