Very bad staff.not smiling,not welcoming, they need training, also the branch manger Andrya bad not helping very bad after sale service. bad branch

For the price, the quality should be much better. The stone from my new ring broke after 3 months only. Now I need to pay for the repair, the warranty doesn't cover it. Apparently their rings are not recommended to be used with soap and water. I prefer hygiene and durability over design, so will be avoiding this brand in the future, even though I own a few pieces already.

Very bad after sale service, the Malachite stone was broken by itself although my wife was literally following the owner’s manual on how to take care of it, then when we brought it back to the shop, the service center blamed us on that and I had to pay almost 1000 Dirhams for 1 stone????????
