I recently had a body care manicure at JazSpa, but I was disappointed with the service provided. The individual who attended to me seemed unqualified and lacked the necessary training to handle customers and perform the job properly. I noticed the employee appeared nervous and struggled to use the manicure tools effectively. I would like to suggest that JazSpa prioritize employee training and ensure that all staff members undergo appropriate courses before engaging with customers. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

The therapist Joelle i think his name, He’s the most amazing therapist I’ve ever seen. Specially when it comes for shoulder, he’s able to melt the pain????????

The staffs and facilities are outstanding and not to mention the cleanliness. But the price seems to be a bit higher then the market price around. Anyway it’s down to then too ????

A very nice birthday treat. Moroccan bath by Essam was refreshing, massage by Ketut was very relaxing, and the nail care by Marie and Jennifer for a lovely final touch. Overall pleasant experience expertly handled by Khawla. Highly recommended.

One of the worst experience in my entire life. I booked vantage suite and most of the furniture was damaged in room 1811. The AC was very hot it is one of worst experience really and It is not recommend at all.

I have been visiting the CBIC in Paternoster Row increasingly often over the past year. It has proven to be an extremely flexible facility, whether running an informal meeting over a coffee or attending one of the larger Wired Cumbria networking events. Staff have proven extremely helpful and flexible. I am seriously eyeing up the possibility of moving into one of the serviced offices in the next few months thanks to increasing business and the ready access to a range of other businesses in the accommodation there, who complement the work that I do. Highly recommended as a venue for business and training events.
