I wish there was an option for 0 stars this is what they deserve. When I received my order it was all spilt over the bags and the cups were empty. Starbucks Al Falah don't answer their phone. We had to pay for our order delivered from talabat. Disgusting customer service. Won't be ordering from them again. Absolutely Disgusting. Shame on you Starbucks. As you can see in the photos the cups are empty, ice spilt, bags are wet and cut. Pathetic they can't even answer their phone.

Giving a 5 star for the staff who attended me, his name is Derrick, very professional and with positive energy, welcoming and guest oriented. The other man, in charge of the coffee making also seemed to be focused on delivering the best service. Keep up the great work!

One of my favorite branches! Such pleasant service, the staff are very friendly and attentive. Sajan is my fav barista there! He never misses up an order! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst branches I’ve been to. The previous staff were much better than the current ones. They take a very long time to prepare the order even though the place isn’t busy.

When I went there I wanted my drink to be grande without ice but they gave me VENTI WITH ICE + the place had insects on the food (on the pastry)
