First time in this branch, the crab shell slider is amazing, the chicken harissa platter is great, over all the food is always great in jones the grocer, the only bad part in this branch is the service is really slow and kind of bad, our order was taken after around 30 min from being seated…they really need to pay attention for there customers

Located next to the football stadium we went here for a quick Saturday pre match dinner. Nice rooftop outside seating in addition to two floors of inside seating. Menu has a lot if choice in popular Eastern and western kitchens and had both individual and dishes to share. Food taste and quality is good, servings are European sized and staff is friendly. On this occasion it was not very busy and service was a bit slow for my taste.

Cozy restaurant at Al Ain with comfortable tables and relaxed atmosphere. (Specially the terrace upstairs)
Having said that, the food is low quailty (Specially the chicken and the Seabass -which was not fresh and SMELLY) and way overpriced for its actual cooking and quailty.
Tried once and not planning to stop by again.

On the positive side, the service was really polite and they take special attention when ordering. Its a pity that the food was not up to the service in quality terms.

A modern and rustic look. This place is definitely a great place to visit for a good cup of coffee. I personally recommend the mushroom risotto which is my favorite! Do try the deserts. They are amazing!

We went there yesterday( Friday ) at 7:30 pm at Jones the Grocer Al Ain. No costumers were present except for us. It is our first time to try this restaurant. We ordered the sharing steak meal, the oh so hungry noodle dish on the menu and 2 drinks. The waiteress asked us what doneness we prefer for the noodles steak and the steak itself and we chose MEDIUM WELL for both. After more than half an hour of waiting, the food was served but we were highly dismayed because both the steaks are scorched to WELL DONE! All were hard to chew since they burnt the meat! We did not argue anymore and did not plan to complain since we just want to finish our food and get out of the place. The waitress asked us how was our food, we responded that the meat is not what we asked for, it is overly cooked. She said she will inform the chef. We did not get any response after. Nothing from the kitchen or the manager. They did not even bother.

For a restaurant that has higher prices than the usual Chili's, Friday's or Famous Daves. We somehow expected a bit more than usual but all failed our expectations. No apology from the chef, waitress or manager.

We will definitely not be coming back ever again! Even the noodles has a bad sour taste plus the drinks does not justify the prices! Extremely disappointed for this horrific experience!

It felts like the first day stepping into this fine place and savoring those signature dishes. The welcoming is always warm and the staff so friendly in their aprons, white shirt and kaki color french hats. I enjoyed the taste of the "Brie" cheese and I look forward to a return to knock myself out with some of those delicious signature dish of yours.
