We tried v60 coffee and cappaccino which was bad and cold. the desserts, we tried Kakigori and it was ok and acceptable. As for the French toast, I did not like it at all, it was not toasted enough, not crunchy on the outside, and it came without cinnamon added to it. My experience is not satisfactory.

I’ve been here few times to try diff dishes and tried both the breakfast and lunch.
For lunch we had sushi which really good but it needed a little bit more flavor. The soup was to die for. Amazing flavor and tasted fresh unlike the shrimps which were very spicy and flavorless.
For the breakfast we had Turkish eggs which looked amazing but the top part was very old and uneatable and for the Kumiko breakfast it was alright. I wouldn’t want to try again.
For the coffee it was really really good and it made my breakfast experience more pleasant.
I’ll probably go back to try more of the Japanese dishes.

2nd time in Kumiko. This place is great in winter, as the atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly.
I had 3 course meal, beef ramen and the chicken gyoza, both were really good.
Regarding the Burrata salad, was good as well and I like it even more than “Mango and Prawn Salad” that I ordered before, as the prawn taste wasn’t good in the salad and has the fishy taste.

We went here for a late night coffee last week and it was superb, except for the price. ????

Food - 3/5
We ordered coffee, sushi, and churros. The taste was good but the serving size needs to be improved. I felt that its not worth it to splurge on. I can buy those from other Japanese restaurants with better price and portion.

Ambience - 5/5
Chill ambience, cool place and huge space. They have outdoor and indoor seating with the couch and all. Modern Japanese restaurant ambience.

Staff - 5/5
Superb service from the staff. They'll attend to your requests immediately.

located in HBZ stadium. The ambience is beautiful and the coffee was great. In addition, service was perfect

With the limited options of Japanese food in Alain, this is one of the best you could find. Great options of tasty food and reasonable prices given the quality of the food, service and environment. We were satisfied with what we ordered. However, we thought the noodles were a bit hard as if it was undercooked, could be normal based on the type of the noodles.

The place is not the cleanest, but neither dirty. Friendly staff and food arrived fast. The chocolate fondant is not a fondant, since it was not existing out of cake and oozing chocolate. However it existed out of frozen chocolate with chocolate flakes, ice cream and a cookie. The Japanese cheesecake was too heavy to be called Japanese, usually Japanese cake should be light and fluffy. That being said it was nicely decorated. The passion fruit refresher was good.

Ramen is good. Modern and good Japanese food. Liked the vibe of the place. Excellent service. Recommended. Wagu maki. Chicken Paitan portion is good and misso soup and veggies. BABY chicken donburi. Buffalo Chicken pizza. ...water...260 Dirhams

There is a comment on here saying the manager is a bully to staff. This must be an old manager as Stuart who manages the store now is completely the opposite. He has changed the store since taking over and gets involved in a lot of community activities
