Hands down one of the best 5star hotels in the gulf. Services and facilities are impeccable not to mention the stunning beach! Rooms are amazing, great food hospitable staff and fantastic spa and gym facilities. Only a slight con was that the pools aren't really ideal for a good swim. They are perfect for lounging in and enjoying the ambience and weather especially for the children but not so much for those that want to have a good swim without going to the sea. No doubt I will be back again. Loved my few days there!!

Highly recommend. Although the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment which I didn’t know about before booking it wasn’t that evident during our stay. Right on the beach front, pools are amazing, service was excellent and highly recommend the Middle Eastern restaurant. Will definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a pleasant stay. The service is top class, from the moment we stepped out of our car to check-in, all staffs were so helpful and assisted us right away. Even very accommodating of our requests throughout our stay. The location is breathtaking, the view and the modern look of the place is just heavenly. Our room had such an amazing view, and it was very spacious. It was always spotless clean too. The beach is so pretty and I love their pools too. It’s one of the prettiest and best hotel hospitality I’ve gotten to experience so far. Highly recommended for a getaway. Will definitely be back here!

Absolutely stunning beach resort! The rooms here were amazing and the bathroom to our room was so gorgeous and luxurious. The quality of service was very incredible. Amazing attitudes of all employees. The food was also very delicious. The pool and beach area was very pretty and this resort overall was just amazing. Would love to stay here again!

The Rooms are very nice they prepared the room accordingly to the reason why we stayed at the hotel.
At the front desk during the check in they give you 1 re usable bottle for each occupant and they let you pick which color you like.
the decoration is beautiful :)

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Service wise you will never find it anywhere else and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The reason I gave 2 stars it's because of the issue I had with the payment and they made me feel like I was chasing them for my money (instead of holding amount for deposit they charged me and was told it will take couple of weeks till the money is back into the account). It felt like no one wanted to inform me and give me update regarding the refund and they always say we will call you but no one ever did. That's the only thing made me decide to give them 2 star otherwise I loved the hotel

The hotel is very modern and clean, it has everything you want and shines with innovative and attentive little things such as cleaning glasses on the beach by one of their nice employees. In general, the staff is exceptional in a positive sense. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, which directly creates a good mood already at the breakfast buffet. I can only recommend the hotel!

Dont get intrigued by the room rates, the hotel’s services are below average. We had the worst experience upon check in, we asked the receptionist if we can change our deluxe room to the panoramic view room and she said the room has to be cleaned and will be ready in an hour. Almost two hours passed and the room wasn’t ready and we spent half a day trying to get a decent room. Also, they insisted that we come to the reception again to pay for the room first before transferring, as if we cant do that upon check out. We decided we want to extend our stay so we informed the reception and they said we need the room for someone else and we can transfer you to another room, and that’s when we decided that we need to check out from this terrible hotel. This isn’t the first time we face such inconvenience in the hotel, a literal waste of time. The manager then waved the price of the room that we upgraded to, which was the only fair thing to do after wasting our time.
