I do not like writing negative reviews, however I decided to do it because I wish somebody wrote it before I made my choice of the salon.

Shelagh is a very nice and pleasant person, however the haircut I got was simply not good. This is one of the examples when it looks good leaving the salon but is a nightmare dealing with it at home.

I have short good quality hair and I hardly use any hair styling products. When the haircut is good hair just falls into place without any effort. But now I need to spend ages with a hairdryer using tons of product trying to make it look decent, without it the haircut is just unwearable.

Frankly, I cannot wait till my hair grows back so that I could change it.

Perhaps it is a good place for long hair and colouring but unfortunately not for short styles.

Had a fabulous time with Shelagh at Toni & Guy. Super service and I came out looking like a super star.

Shelagh is a very talented stylist, passionate, knowledgeable and fun all rolled into one. The best color and cut I have had in AD. What a find!

She listened to my concerns and pointed me in the right direction.

I now call Shelagh "my hairdresser".

Highly recommend Sheila for color and styling! I’m a blonde and super fussy, however I’ve never been happier with my hair than today! She’s super lovely , attentive , listens to what you want and is super knowledgeable with years of experience! Can’t wait to go back for my next color and cut again! Thank you T&G

Been to the salon 3-4 times and never been disappointed! The stylists always suggest if you are not sure about your haircut or haircolour and are very understanding. Last week I met the Abu Dhabi branch's new hair specialist Sheila, and she did some absolute magic to my hair! Now I am rocking a cool 80s style mullet! Highly recommend!

Finally a hairdresser that listens to you and provides you with what you ask for. Shelia is amazing, a real find here in Abu Dhabi. Very knowledgeable about colour and gave me the perfect haircut.

Unfortunately my hair coloring wasn’t that good. First the stylist didn’t even try to listen to what i actually wanted, immediately complained about clients using henna or not telling their hair history and whatever, which was irrelevant to me as my hair was completely natural..then didnt even come close to the lighter hair color i wanted, as she seemed unconfident to make a dramatic change.. why be a hair stylist then.. and in top of that i paid more than 2000 dirhams for mediocre work that i could done with non brand name salons :/
