Nice outlet of Kalyan Jewellers in the locality. Located inside Medinat Zyed shopping centre. Having various collections of designs, shop is quite spacious.

As usual making charges are quite high.

Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Little bit improvement needed in handling of customer.

Recommend to visit here if you’re looking for Kalyan jewellers outlet in the locality.

Very happy with the experience. The staff were very helpful. Mr. Bibin who attended us, explained everything at every stage. He answered every doubt we had. Regarding the billing also, there were no surprises and every item was as explained.

I had a great experience buying few gifts, the salesman understood what I need and took the time to show me everything I ask for, this is the first time buying in this shop and I’m sure I will be back ????????

Staff needs training on soft skills , lacks attentiveness to customers.

Giving change is important to a random person instead of answering queries of a buying customer.

One of the worst experience I ever had. Sales personnel are not trained properly in customer handling. Don't have the selling skills. Integrity is zero.

Would never recommend it to anyone. Better to go for the other jewellery brands.

I had worst customer experience and they wasted 40mins of time just to give information for replacement of my gold which I bought from them. First they should learn how to welcome the customers.

If you have patience to stand there for 30 t0 40mins.. you can visit there.. better you carry water bottle if you are going in summer time and all.. you won't find seating and no will care about you to offer some water also, also if you are going with kids for sure you will be frustrated .

Been a customer for last 5 years, its been excellent service by the sales and management team. Bibin always make sure the customers get the best value and service at the outlet.

I've just read the reviews, should've done earlier.

My experience in Kalyan jewellers destroyed my mood completely by salesman's inappropriate comments. The worst experience ever in gold store.

Customer service need to undergo some trainings how to sell and how to speak.
