I bought life time laser package back in 2006 and when i called to do touch up today the receptionist said she needs approval to book me using my purchased sessions
My package is lifetime and my package has no expiry date.
I will go to court if needed … she raised her voice and was trying to convince me of that nonsense… no wonder everyone is writing horrible review

Al Raha Mall clinic booked me in an appointment and then when I arrived after a 45 minute drive, told me that I would not be able to receive any services because they did not have anyone available. The person at the front desk told me she had her own clients to attend to so she couldn't help me. She tried to give me a card to call the clinic directly (I was sitting in the clinic so idk who I was supposed to call at that point).

Total disrespect and disregard. They said they tried to call me and whatsapp me, but my number wasn't registered in whatsapp. The statement is Untrue.

The bathroom in the clinic has quite a bit of dust and residue so it's probably good that I didn't get a treatment here.

It’s wonderful how Dr. Vivek does the work; with a little twist he makes a huge difference, all natural, professional and above all beautiful! Not to mention the brilliant team of staff and nurses; unfailingly polite and professionally courteous.

Cause i cannot give less. Very unprofessional. I entered and three ladies were there , one whispered”she is here” the other one said “ ah really? I ve been trying to call this one for ..” then she saw me and faked a smile. Put me in a waiting room. Not even asking if i needed some water or something. I entered my appointment with the doctor late of 10/15 mins and the doctor was in a call at the point i told him if he was busy i could come back. He sent me with a nurse to undress me and see my stretch marks. Went back to the room and could not understand each other on how many session and what to do with the lady for prices. Added some plasma something indecifrabile name cause none explained to me what was it. It looks like to be in a joke. At the end they told me to wait. After long i went and she forgot about me so left what she was doing and wanted to charge me for the visit when via WhatsApp booking the appointment they said was for free. Omg . Why these are called clinics? Ridiculous and again ridiculous.

I went to make a coupon for a gift and they sent the message to the person right after. I think this is unacceptable. I tried to call and they put me down.

Very good hospitality and professional service. This branch is my favorite so far compared to Dubai. Specially the staffs are very jovial and understanding. I totally recommend Ms. April for the laser services and the management specialist Ms. Hind for catering the pricing details and offers. I would totally go for long term with this branch.

Very disappointed with the service and the results. For 3000dirhams I have not noticed any change in my skin. Moreover, doctor was impolite, unprofessional lacking basic manners to even greet a client, annoyed with my comments, just left the room after last session. I clearly consulted with him what I need and what I have experience with. Seeking any other solution? Making client happy? Not really. Just suggesting another more aggressive treatment which I refused in the first place. Surely will never use any services from Kaya clinic ever again, nor will recommend this place to anyone. I would appreciate clinic manager to contact me.
