Food is very tasty. But, quantity is too less for the price charged. Also, the vegetables for the salad are sliced carelessly/randomly.

Everything here is as per Charley’s standards but the only thing I really didn’t like was that unfortunately it is only one guy doing all the work( taking orders, preparing food, looking at inventory, everything). He was doing a great job but I feel for the guy and don’t understand how the management can work this way letting one employee do all the work.
I hope they can look into this and help the guy who is already doing a wonderful job. Kudos to him!

Very bad service…they said fries will take 10 mins and took forever. He brought from somewhere else very tasteless potato cooked by air frier m!!!!!!!! Very disappointed they should say we don’t have potatoes rather than very silly situation……I did not even took my money …

Very bad experience with the staff they really have no manners. I was delivered the food without the kids meal and they refuse to deliver it and even block me. Never ordering from them again

Really horrible experience about their food delivery process. Ordered food vide ETISALAT smiles app and in response didn’t receive a single call from none of them with in the scheduled delivery time and afterwards.
Apart from the highlight of the inefficiency of smiles app customer relation team, for the reason the ordered services were paid, called restaurant directly and came to know the food delivery is the responsibility of restaurant team. Unfortunately, Restaurant team responded that the food is ready but their delivery boy is busy and will manage to deliver after sometime...but again at the second follow up call they hanged up by responding that the delivery boy left at 10pm.
It’s more than 24 hours after ordering the food and they have closed the concerns by updating the order status as ‘Delivered’ with out delivering the food even after paying for it.

Google should allow us to create an option to give under star rating. One star is more than enough for their services.

Conclusion:- They don’t care about your hunger and money.Better to stay away who doesn’t cate about your concerns even after the advance payment of the services.

Worst Charley's Subs branch in UAE. I ordered via Talabat, order came 90 mins late rather than 60 mins as in the talabat-app.
Driver stayed in his car, sending me photos that he is outside my house. Didnt have the decency to get out of his car and ring the door bell. My housemaid had to search for him outside car from car (was a busy street full of cars parked outside).

The meal was made with minimal fillings and toppings, I ordered french-frize as a side dish, and paid 9 AED for it, they sent me a handfull of frize in the same box as one of the sandwiches. Food came cold.

Worst experience in my life. Will never ever ever order or pass-by this branch ever again.
