I just arrive to counter to order the gentleman notice that I am Arabic then he pointed by finger do you speak Arabic and he was very rude two times he took the order wrong.
That’s not a problem there was no extra charge. I think you hear me wrong, but he should slow down and listen very carefully. And the supervisor should be more attentive.

Very bad experience and i will never try it again..
They took the payement 2 times from me card and cash..

They put the reason in their machine but the money was deducted already from my account then they asked me to pay cash again and call my bank..

The bank said i should complain about this scam coz they didnot give back the money..

We are waiting for the queue for long time when we going to order cashier telling to us that the dynamite & wings duo is not available they supposed to inform or write something that the items is not available so we cannot wait and they must suggest other food and give us option.

Very very pathetic customer service. When we went there at 11.30 pm the counter staff told me that they are not taking any more orders. But I saw that they were talking orders from other customers who came after me.

Very bad customer service especially the egyptian guy at counter. Always without fail bad at handling customers .
