Twister was okay. Although, i ordered one snack box that had two chicken pieces. They were horrible. This was by far the worse crispy chicken i had in my life. The crisp outside was soggy and chicken felt like it was boiled. Very bad experience. Never going back.

A cosy restaurant to go for. Options are good. Had ordered chicken popcorn somehow felt there is scope for improvement, like it should more crispy like other friend chicken

Food is good but their services are slow. I don't like their ????
I have objection with their pricing strategy. I don't know why they are charging one AED if you need spicy and similarly for other add ons. It looks very cheap
Maybe customer will pay at that time but avoid to go next time

Got lunch (tenders meal) this noon and unfortunately since it was a take away I only saw them when I reached work. The tenders were double fried and extremely hard to chew on. Wasted money over lunch and didn’t even eat it all. I even waited almost 15 min patiently along with others to take my lunch since there was insufficient staff to cater to the front desk and the kitchen (same person was doing both the jobs)

Very bad experience of KFC mushrif mall ( poor female cashier lady attitude, poor food quality, poor timing)
Imagine in dine in service while No customers still took 30 mins to give me 2 burgers + fried chicken

*** Fried chicken cold + old and too much oil heated up in oven

*** burger was burnt and very cold i asked and cashier female ( very poor attitude she took burger from my hand and angrily put her fingers in burger and threw back to me, i was very upset from her attitude, she try to convince me that the burgers are always cold and burnt.

Manager was dumb standing confuse and one black lady who was cleaner may be was laughing look like all team is making fun of customers

Extreamly poor attitude, poor timing, poor service and poor food

Food quality was very bad and some food was burnt. Sandwiches were full of lettuce no regular spicy its only chips

Overall do not recommend coming here

I got my order cold, so after asking multiple times to replace the chips only the manager came arrogantly, removed the chips from my platter and placed them in the frier to reheat, she didnt replaced them. The chicken was at all left ignored. At all KFCs the staff is rude and they ignore thr customer or forget to put the right items in the serving, not to forget here they all are super miser with the ketchup

I’ve been Hertz customer for many years now and never had I something so horrible happen to me! This location seems to be scamming people all the time.

The rental process at STN started well, the staff was very friendly and helpful despite being completely overwhelmed by customers. I did my best to be patient and friendly to make their day better. During our transaction, an angry customer entered, screaming, and demanded to know why he’d been charged £1000 for a scratch when he’d caused no damage to the vehicle.

I figured he was simply disgruntled.

But to be safe I made a detailed video of our rental car which was quite dirty, and hard to distinguish anything on the surface. Finding some very, very small marks, I also returned to ask the harried service staff what they considered “damage”. “Over 1 millimeter” was their response. They were so busy that they were not able to come with me to see what I was talking about. I didn’t consider the existing scratches to be problems since they were vanishingly small, and certainly not more than 1 millimeter deep and absolutely not more than 1 millimeter wide. If the car was white they would not have been visible at all.

During our one day trip around Essex there were no incidents. We returned the car the same day. I took another video.

The next day when we were already out of the country, we received a bill for £1000, with the pre-existing “scratches” marked as evidence of “damage we’d caused.”

I recently had some hail damage in the US. The cost of replacing the entire bonnet of the car was estimated to be $1000. Even if we were responsible, this charge is excessive to anyone with any sense. I suspect someone is having a laugh at our expense.

I am a Hertz Gold club member, and have had no problems renting at Hertz before. I would never had suspected I’d be treated like this at the Stansted Airport Hertz branch.

I have sent multiple emails to the Hertz with the videos and photos I have but the issue has not yet been resolved.

I would like to resolve this matter amicably and remain a Hertz customer. This is not the customer service I’m used to receiving from Hertz company.

Just been charged £3000 excess mileage after a one week hire to Cornwall and back! No customer service telno provided and live chat unavailable. Also, they want to charge us ridiculous amounts for scratches for which we were not responsible. Fortunately we took photos on collection which shows the scratches they are trying to charge us for were already there. Hopeless. Car rental generally is now a race to the bottom for customer service.

Would completely avoid Hertz Stansted - we showed up 15 minutes after our pickup time and the counter was closed. We tried calling them before explaining that we are running slightly late but didn’t get through to the station but also assumed that they would wait at least 30 minutes for us, as all of their competitors do. After contacting Hertz customer service we got told that the representative left 5 minutes after our arranged pickup time. This is unbelievable and does not reflect the customer service they should provide, which all of their competitors do provide. We ended up having to rent a car with Sixt on the spot, who were great and friendly, but their car ended up costing 3 times that of Hertz. This was a trip for Valentine’s Day and Hertz completely destroyed it. Customer service is appalling, they have not even refunded me or offered to cover any other costs we have had to deal with. This was the last time I’ve ever rented with Hertz and my experience could not have been worse, even low budget rental companies wait longer than 5 minutes for their customer at a major transportation hub.

Sitting at Stansted Airport hertz desk with a 5 hour drive ahead of us and NOBODY HERE ... nobody answering the phone and nobody to give us our pre booked car ... Ridiculous service. Thankfully the people at @europcar are helping us. Disappointing, frustrating and so many other words come to mind !! Never ever again will we use Hertz after being left stranded here!!!

I had a problem getting a car from another provider. They refused me. Issue with my none UK driving licence. Even though I live in the UK.
Hertz car hire sorted my problem. So helpful and pleasant. And a great cat. Will be using them again.

Scam artists! Believe the other reviews! I dropped my car off and they reported scratches all over the vehicle. I provided them with before/after video evidence proving this to be a lie, and they’ve stopped responding to my emails.

Make sure to took as many pictures as you can they might charge you for damages that are already on the car. I dropped the car off as it was instructed, left the keys in the box and took the shuttle to catch my flight. While I was at the airport, I got an email which said they found new damages. I was so surprised cause I had pictures and recordings of the car from before and after. I headed back to the rental village (risking my flight) and talked to one of the hertz representatives. I explained everything to her and she agreed that all those damages were there before I picked the car up and those charges are not fair. Then she went to talk to her manager. Her manager came and said I need to contact the damage department via email. Come on, how hard it is to dispute those charges on site when they see my pictures and videos and first they agreed that all those damages were there before I picked the car up. It feels like scamming. They know people are in hurry to catch their flights so they can charge them for small existing damages.

Do not rent here. They will charge you for pre-existing scratches, all these other reviewers saying the same thing are correct. One such customer came into the rental office, screaming they’d charged him £1000 for a tiny scratch. They did nothing for him. We assumed at the time that he was just an angry sort of person. Nope. They dinged us for £1000 the next day. Gold Club Member? Doesn’t matter. You’re just another customer to be conned. Fortunately we have video of all the existing (tiny) scratches. The employees were harried and refused to come out to look at them. I’ve sent our photos and video to Hertz UK but they’ve so far given me the same treatment as the customer we’d seen. Absolutely unbelievable.
