Waited for over 15 mins for a twister box. Eventually asked them and turns out they don’t have the receipt/order.

-it’s only one cashier u003d long queue
-the meals aren’t prepared in order. 3 groups came after me and left with their food.
-they gave me a different chicken piece and thankfully i saw it before leaving with my meal, the lady said “no chicken leg here”, she made the decision that I’lleat a different piece today?
-the workers have a very slow pace. Picking the tray, putting the pieces, almost as if there’s no need to hurry.

First :Update your operation time
Second: if people standing on the queue let them know that you are about to close.
Third: staff need more training there was lady on the cashier was not respecting the customer when I inform their manger doesn’t care.
Forth : I hope alder management be very restrict with shops open and close time.

Wrost service, there is no proper service if you order anything you should wait for as long as its ready. And the staff didn't take response to give the order even its ready... Feel bad such a good brand not managing properly

The customer service was quick and good. Long que was there.. for ordering. Place was too much crowded..
Customer service has improved a lot, a change in staffs can be seen.

The cashier name ali who took my order seems like he doesn’t love his job..and he asked questions very rude without even asking please to the guest..there is another staff whom i askwd only for additional ketchup who is wearing hijab said she cant give more ketchups because the fries is not that much..but i ordered 3 pcs of chicken..very poor service

Me Ahmed Abraham is great manger as we had small problem with an order . He is man of steel as he solve it 1 min not that but also with great smile on his face ❤️❤️ Hope you notes my complement .
Best branch which make me come for it every day.

I had the worst experience in this KFC branch in Yas Mall ever. The one who took my order was a fat tall guy, he looks and sound like Egyptian, his eyes was a little bit defected ( crossed eye ) but that not the issue.

He took my order without looking, he look tired and exhausted. When he told me pay, I topped my card in the machine and he pressed his finger on it, while I was about to remove my card he was still pressing it hold, that was strange coz never it happened that a teller would do that, I mean its just strange.

Then it took a while like 5mins, he just stared at me and I asked him what wrong, he said the bill ticket did not reflect in the system so he asked me if there was a bank confirmation thru text, I showed him there was. The money was deducted and confirmed that it was paid. It took me a while to understand coz he was not explaining anything instead he spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor then explained what happened.

The worst is they told me to pay again, bcoz the amount deducted will be returned in my bank account as they promised. I was like, why will I pay again? He said not to worry because I will recieved the payment back to my account right away. So because the que is getting longer I paid by cash again. That happened in Friday night, June 2, 2023 and until now no one called or not even an amount trasferred to my bank account.

Horrible! They did not even apologize!
Now, I am confused whom to approach in this kind of sutuation, it seemed that the people there do not know how to solve issues. Sooooo not recommending this branch!!!

Did a cracking job.. bit pricy nowadays though !!

We're on the borderline of going back to the old days of a bucket and a hose, or going to the old traditional brush wash at the petrol station..

Be carefull.. another penny over and that's the end of the hand car wash for me

Been there 8 years they need to get better but emplyoyees dont last long enough to build up quality. So they tend to be training people always and no time for good quality.prices are okay but we want x-factor when our cars are washed.owner of company very nice guy.doing hands on with employees.

Overall was good for a tenner. No streak marks. However there was still brake dust residue on alloys and they didnt clean the underlip down each side of the car.

Brought several of our company's vehicles here. They have done an amazing job turning absolutely filthy trucks (inside and out) into shiny new looking ones time and time again. The service is great value for money and everyone is very polite and friendly too.

Quick and thorough. £14 to hand/jet wash and dry a large 4x4, body, wheels and windows. I think cars were £9. They will use the same cloth on all surfaces so not ideal if you are fussy about your paintwork.

Having to use a work account, but worth it just to say: awesome service, lovely people, quick, efficient, thorough and worth every penny. Highly recommended :) I'll be popping back for sure.
