You will wait for an hour and then when you will check if order is ready this guy who is answering the call will just ask you whats the order and puts down the phone.. very very very bad service.. we like the food but the problem is the guy who is getting the order has a very bad attitude and he dont mind if they will loose their customer.. customer service is ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? . I would have appreciated it if they were honest that they forgot and apologized, but no.

In fact no one order from this restaurant because they are not polite with the customers when u order from them the delivery man not calling you he just rings when I contact with the restaurant they hung out the phone and send me in what's up voice message they told if I want the delivery man call me I have to pay him 4 aed more what this service is I will not order from thim again this the last time and I don't now where I can complain
