The worst food and packaging I have ordered ever through Talabat. The name of the restaurant is away far from low calorie. Although the food is expensive, the ingredients used and way of cooking is like a street food.

Not recommended at all!

To be fair, some of the dishes are good.
But customer service is the worst!
I will highly recommend anyone with allergy to AVOID subscribing to meal plans! Simply because they really don’t care even if it’s 1 or 2 ingredients to avoid!
How I know? Well I clearly asked them to avoid bell pepper in my subscription, and I kept getting it in my meals! I pointed that many time and all I was getting was apologizing and promise not to do it again. But still getting the same mistake!
Anyway, they promised to give me a compensation for a day for these mistakes, and guess what! I still got that bell pepper in my meal!! Are you serious?!

Bottom line, AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS!

Worst place you can eat at in Al Ain. Chicken Caesar salad come with lemon dressing and soft toast bread instead of caesar dressing and bread croutons. Still they call it caesar salad and sell it. Worst salad I’ve ever tasted!

No credibility, i ordered 200g steak and on the phone she said its a full Piece and I asked to be cooked medium. I figured out its just small tough pieces of beef without a single piece of Mashrom. There is a Huge difference between the menu pictures and what u gonna get.

I couldn’t find any reason that makes this restaurant meals very high in price comparing to other restaurants nearby with same quality of food. I hope the owners do something about that. I will keep updating.
