Staff are really friendly & helpful...nothing is too much trouble for them. Louise & Emily are both very knowledgeable about resorts. Have been using Hays for about 20 years now...would not use anywhere else .

They saved the day... thank you. Our holiday went down in smoke due to the thomas cook collapse the day we where due to fly. We popped in Hays after a visit to a few other holiday places that couldn't help. The young lady found exactly what we wanted at a price we couldn't resist. All other places couldn't find something close to our price without huge compromises. Yet Hays ticket all the boxes so pleased with the service and the holiday they arranged. Will definitely use Hays for all future holidays.

We left chasing our thomas Cook refund until after our holiday.
We struggled with (HOLIDAY DEW) the company we booked with to get our refund even though they said we where atol protected. Over 7 months later and they refused a full refund only giving us a fraction of the price. We went back in to hays who looked in to the original company and gave us lots of great advice i believe without the advice we wouldn't of got a single penny back. So they saved the day more than once.
Go with companies you can trust like Hays definitely recommend.

I visited stockton Hayes Travel the 8th & 9th January with my mum and we spoke to a really helpful lady called Danielle. She was so helpful and made sure we got the holiday we wanted,we did ask Danielle a lot of questions and rang her a few times after our first visit but nothing was ever too much she even gave us printouts and wrote extra information for us on those. She went trough all of our options and even gave us some suggestions to consider we found this really helpful!

Today we went back and booked our holiday for 7 people to Ibiza In the Miami hotel! I am super happy with this and will be returning to Hayes. We have used Hayes travel for the past few years now and always seem to get exelent service. To finish off,not to be negative but at first we visited Hayes travel billingham as we where close...we went in and spoke to a girl called Alicia I think (very pretty girl) she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing fully as she didn’t give us much information and didn’t talk much (this is why we choose to go with stockton) the information she gave us didn’t match the printouts but she then mentioned she was a first year apprentice and I’ve been there and done that so she’s doing well just maybe should smile a little more and act like she wants to be there haha. Thanks so much for your service we all looks forward to our holiday so much!!
