Awful to shop at. Selection is a bit of a mess so I tried online orders but trying to collect them in store is its own painful process. Staff get through customers at an incredibly slow rate and there is no signage regarding online orders. I had to queue for 10+ minutes to be told to get whoever was in the changing room to do the collection which then took another 10+ minutes because the system is so slow and she couldn't leave the changing room due to the number of people going in.

How is it possible to take 20+ to collect an online order? Avoid.

I am satisfied with the quality, selection, and benefits of H&M, including their membership program. However, there is one thing that I find disappointing: the fitting rooms are already closed 45 minutes before the store closes (possibly even earlier). It is not possible to try on clothes if the fitting rooms are closed. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed. ????????

Very poor customer service at Coventry Lower Precinct. Manager and her staff were very rude. Bought clothes and they had no fitting rooms, went back to exchange 15mins before they closed but they blatantly refused to attend to me because it was near closing time. Utterly disappointed. Will never shop there again.

Great clothes but the changing rooms have been shut and barricaded with clothes racks for months . No way to try clothes and everyone we met asked for them to be open and the staff could provide no excuse . Not to mention the staff were rude ,unhelpful and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else

My partner visited the store and went to try item on in the changing room and she was dealt with a real rude sales lady who was rude disrespectful and obviously doesn't have any customer sales skills.I will find out her name and then edit this and put on here for future reference so people can avoid Saturdays in the store whilst this worker is working.

Only 1 girl serving on the children's floor which made queue time ages with 3 restless kiddies! Clean and tidy shop which made for a lovely browsing space!

Excellent shop for people not many xl but still a regular selection of everything. Quality that lasts. Sales are wonderful.
