I usually like the products of this brand. The staff in Yas Mall branch are usually friendly and helpful. However I bought a perfume that upon trying at the store I really liked but an hr later I didn't like how it turned on the dry down. Two days later I took the product ( not open and on its original packaging) and asked for a refund. I was informed that they don't have refund as part of their policy. Instead they offered me an exchange or a return against a coupon with se value of the product valid for 6 months. I didn't accept since the policy is disadvantages consumers and benefits only the retaier . If the product is good enough for a return against a coupon then it should be good enough for a refund. Also why no refund policy when this not mentioned clearly in the receipt? Very misleading and disappointing practice from this retaier
